The dash harness is almost always the largest harness in a vehicle (for vehicles 1957 and newer), and will include a new fuse box that accepts the original style glass fuses. Underdash wiring harnesses are frequently available in factory gauge or warning light configurations. Cars with factory gauges typically include a temperature gauge, an oil pressure gauge, and an ammeter. Vehicles with a warning light dash do not have in-dash gauges for these items but bulbs that illuminate if the vehicle overheats or has low oil pressure.
