California Privacy Rights & Do Not Sell or Share
This page supplements our Privacy Policy and describes the rights of California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA/CPRA”).
Your rights as a California resident

- Right to delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to exceptions.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information (including sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising).
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Like many online retailers, we use third-party advertising and analytics services (for example, Google, Microsoft/Bing, Meta, and TikTok) that place cookies or similar technologies on our site. Under the CCPA/CPRA, this activity may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, even though we do not sell your information for money.
To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising, you may:

- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we will honor it as an opt-out request to the extent required by applicable law.
- Adjust cookie and tracking preferences where offered on our site.
How to exercise your rights
To submit a request to know, delete, or correct, contact us at contact@muscleroad.com. We will verify your request (which may require confirming information we already have about you) and respond within the timeframes required by law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require proof of the agent's authorization.
