This dome lamp base was originally installed in 1956-57 Chevrolet hardtop models, 1955-68 Chevrolet full size sedans, and 1965-68 Chevrolet full size station wagon models. Also found in 1968 Chevrolet Impala hardtop models. Can be used on 1965-67 Oldsmobile 88 sedans 5200, 5600, and 5689 series. Replaces original GM part number 4156802.
