Original brake lines on a 1984-1986 Mustang have usually seen decades of corrosion, kinks and old repairs. This Right Stuff pre-bent OE-style steel rear axle brake line kit covers the lines on the rear axle housing that feed each rear wheel, so it goes in shaped and ready instead of bent in the garage.
Why It's Worth It
- Pre-bent to fit, so there's no tubing bender, cutting or flaring
- Bent on CNC benders with machine-formed flares for consistent ends
- OE-style steel line matches the factory look for a correct restoration
- Steel tube nuts/fittings included
- Specific to the 1984-1986 Mustang, not a universal roll of tubing
Before You Order
- Covers the rear axle lines only; confirm your axle type and rear brake setup
- Inspect flex hoses and wheel cylinders/calipers while the system is open
- Bleed the entire system after installation
