Features 3 sections for plugs, with 8 wire connector provisions per section. Each connector is manufactured in injection molded plastic, as original, and includes the molded plastic connector, 4 clips, and gasket that seals the hole in the firewall. There are four major harnesses on Mopars of this era: an engine harness that runs the ignition and charging systems, a dash harness that feeds power to the instrumentation and switches, and one harness each for the front and rear lighting systems. These connections are not weather-proof and are subject to corrosion that causes heat that can melt the plastic connectors.
