This harness will plug into the firewall in the factory location, and will follow original routing in the engine compartment. A combination of the engine and front light harness accomplish most functions under the hood of an early GM vehicle. This harness is modified for a 12 volt HEI ignition. We replace the original resistor wire with a standard 12 volt feed, and will include a connector for a GM large cap distributor.
